1. Permitted Use
Users may use Anuratech's website and portal for legitimate business and procurement-related activities, including browsing products and services, submitting enquiries and RFQs, managing their organization account, reviewing quotations, uploading authorized tender/BOQ documents, analysing procurement requirements, reviewing technical requirements, creating compliance workflows and using other functionality made available through their account.
Access to certain services, particularly Government Tender / BOQ Intelligence, may require an authenticated and authorized account.
2. Account Responsibility
Users must provide accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Accounts must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
Users are responsible for activities performed through their account except where unauthorized access occurs without their knowledge and despite reasonable security precautions.
Suspected unauthorized access or compromised credentials should be reported to Anuratech promptly.
3. Organization Access
Customer accounts may be associated with a specific company or organization.
Users may access only information and resources they are authorized to access within their organization.
Users must not attempt to access another customer's:
- Tender documents
- BOQs
- Tender analysis
- Compliance matrices
- Document checklists
- RFQs
- Quotations
- Uploaded files
- Generated documents
- User accounts
- Organization information
Attempting to bypass organization or tenant isolation is prohibited.
4. Tender & BOQ Uploads
Users may upload tender documents, BOQs, specifications and supporting documents only where they have the legal or organizational authority to process those materials.
Users remain responsible for determining whether uploaded information may lawfully be processed using Anuratech's services.
Publicly issued tender documents may still contain information subject to applicable procurement conditions, and users should exercise appropriate judgment when uploading associated or restricted materials.
5. Prohibited Sensitive Information
Users should not upload information that is unnecessary for the requested service, including passwords, private encryption keys, authentication secrets, payment-card information or unrelated sensitive personal information.
Where tender documentation legitimately contains personal or confidential information, users should ensure they have appropriate authority to process it.
6. Malicious Files
Users must not knowingly upload or distribute:
- Malware
- Viruses
- Ransomware
- Trojans
- Spyware
- Malicious macros
- Exploit code
- Corrupted files intended to disrupt the service
- Files intended to compromise Anuratech systems or other users
Anuratech may scan, quarantine, reject or delete suspicious uploads.
7. Security Testing and Unauthorized Access
Without Anuratech's prior written authorization, users must not attempt to:
- Bypass authentication
- Circumvent access controls
- Obtain another user's session
- Access another organization's information
- Exploit application vulnerabilities
- Conduct penetration testing
- Perform vulnerability scanning
- Manipulate URLs or identifiers to obtain unauthorized information
- Circumvent rate limits
- Interfere with security controls
- Reverse engineer security mechanisms
Security vulnerabilities discovered unintentionally should be reported responsibly rather than exploited.
8. Automated Access
Users must not use bots, scripts, crawlers or other automated systems to access the portal in a manner that creates unreasonable load, circumvents usage restrictions, extracts protected information or interferes with other users.
Anuratech may provide authorized API or automation functionality separately.
Use of approved APIs must comply with the applicable API limits and credentials.
9. Scraping
Automated extraction or bulk scraping of Anuratech's proprietary catalogue, portal data, Tender Intelligence results or other protected information is prohibited unless expressly authorized.
Ordinary search-engine indexing of publicly accessible pages may be permitted according to the website's technical indexing controls.
10. Excessive Usage
Users must not intentionally consume unreasonable computing, storage, bandwidth, document-processing or other resources in a manner that degrades service availability.
Anuratech may apply reasonable limits relating to:
- File sizes
- Number of uploads
- Storage
- Tender analyses
- Exports
- API requests
- Generated documents
- Concurrent processing
Limits may vary by account or service plan.
11. Tender Intelligence
Tender Intelligence is intended as a decision-support and productivity tool.
Users must not treat automated extraction, analysis, product matching or compliance results as guaranteed conclusions.
Users remain responsible for checking the original:
Tender/Bid Document → BOQ → ATC → Corrigenda → Buyer Specifications → Eligibility Requirements → OEM Requirements → GeM Conditions → Applicable Procurement Rules
before submitting a bid.
12. Product Matching
Products identified by Tender Intelligence are potential catalogue matches and must not automatically be treated as technically compliant.
Before quotation or bid submission, users should verify the applicable:
- OEM
- Exact model
- Technical specifications
- Certifications
- Warranty
- Country of origin
- Local-content requirements
- OEM authorization
- Availability
- Tender-specific conditions
13. No Tender Manipulation
The service must not be used to falsify, fabricate or materially misrepresent information submitted in a tender or procurement process.
Users must not use the platform to generate knowingly false certificates, fabricated experience records, false OEM authorizations, altered financial documents, false declarations or other misleading procurement documentation.
14. Intellectual Property
Users must respect intellectual-property rights belonging to Anuratech, OEMs, customers and third parties.
Uploading material to the portal does not transfer ownership of that material to Anuratech except for the limited rights necessary to process it and provide the requested service, subject to the applicable terms and privacy/data policies.
15. Unlawful Use
The website or portal must not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, intellectual-property infringement, distribution of malicious content or violation of applicable procurement rules.
16. Communication and Spam
Users must not use Anuratech services to send unsolicited bulk messages, phishing communications or fraudulent enquiries.
Contact, enquiry and RFQ functionality should be used for legitimate business communication.
17. Service Integrity
Users must not deliberately interfere with website or portal availability, including through denial-of-service activity, abusive automated requests or attempts to exhaust system resources.
18. Account Suspension
Anuratech may temporarily restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary because of suspected security compromise, prohibited use, material violation of applicable terms, unlawful activity or threats to platform integrity.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, Anuratech may contact the account owner regarding the issue and available corrective action.
19. Uploaded Content
Users remain responsible for information and documents they upload.
Users represent that they have appropriate authority or permission to provide such information for processing.
Anuratech may remove content where required for security, legal compliance or enforcement of this Policy.
20. Monitoring and Security Logs
For legitimate security and operational purposes, Anuratech may maintain records such as authentication events, document-processing events, account actions, security events and audit logs.
Monitoring should be performed consistently with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
