Because Anuratech primarily handles B2B, government, institutional, project and specification-based procurement, returns should not be described like a normal consumer e-commerce store.
Orders may include specially sourced, configured, licensed, imported, manufactured or project-specific products.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Acceptance depends on factors including whether the order has been processed, whether procurement has commenced, OEM/distributor cancellation conditions, licensing status, customization and applicable PO/contract terms.
Returns
Products should generally be eligible for return only where agreed contractually or in circumstances such as incorrect supply, verified transit damage, or another accepted contractual reason.
Products that have been activated, registered, customized, configured, installed, specially procured or supplied against a non-cancellable OEM order may not be returnable.
Government/Tender Orders
Returns and cancellations for GeM, government, PSU and tender orders are governed primarily by the relevant contract, purchase order, GeM conditions or tender terms.
Damaged/Incorrect Delivery
Customers should notify Anuratech promptly with order details, photographs and relevant supporting information.
