Registered customers using Tender Intelligence may also provide tender documents, BOQs, specifications, technical documents and related files.

How Information Is Used
Information may be used to provide requested products and services, respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, manage customer accounts, process RFQs, provide Tender Intelligence functionality, improve website functionality, maintain security, provide customer support, communicate service information and comply with applicable legal or contractual requirements.
Tender and BOQ Information
Tender documents and BOQs uploaded through authenticated Tender Intelligence accounts are processed for purposes such as document extraction, requirement identification, product matching, compliance review and related functionality.
Customer tender information should not be made publicly accessible and should be logically associated with the relevant customer/organization account.
Sharing of Information
We may share information with service providers, technology providers, OEMs, logistics partners, implementation partners or other parties where reasonably necessary to fulfil a customer requirement or provide a requested service.
We do not intend to sell customer personal information as a standalone commercial product.
