Nature of the Service
Tender Intelligence is a technology-assisted tool designed to help users review tender documents, BOQs and related procurement information.
Features may include:
document extraction → requirement identification → eligibility review → submission-document identification → specification analysis → product matching → compliance workflows → RFQ/bid-preparation assistance.
Not a Substitute for Tender Review
Automated analysis may contain omissions, interpretation errors or inaccuracies.
Users must verify all generated information against the original tender, corrigenda, buyer documents, GeM information and applicable procurement requirements before submitting a bid.
No Bid-Success Guarantee
Use of Tender Intelligence does not guarantee:
- tender eligibility;
- technical acceptance;
- commercial acceptance;
- OEM authorization;
- bid qualification;
- award of contract; or
- successful tender participation.
The bidder remains responsible for the final bid.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded documents may lawfully be processed and that information submitted through the service is accurate and appropriate.
Product Matching
Product recommendations/matches are intended to assist research.
A match does not automatically establish tender compliance.
Users must verify exact OEM, model, specification, certification, warranty, authorization and tender conditions before offering a product.
Account Access
Tender Intelligence is available only to authorized registered users.
Users must not attempt to access another organization's tender workspace, documents or analysis.
Suspension
Anuratech may restrict access where misuse, security abuse, unauthorized access, excessive automated use or violation of these terms is detected.
